“NATURE” WATERCOLORS

We are part of nature. By observing it, we witness the spontaneous growth of forms. We discover mathematical formulas and geometries that have always existed, long before our human theories. We see a natural impulse—the wonder in the fact that the leaves of one plant differ from those of another, and that its flowers are distinct from all the other blossoms of surrounding species. Deep in the darkness of the soil, the roots draw nourishment, enabling the rest of the plant to reach toward the sunlight. Nigredo, Albedo, Rubedo. Alchemy as a metaphor; nature as a metaphor for alchemy.
